For the last 15 years I've worked with owners of SME businesses. I help them understand their numbers, plan ahead and grow better businesses.Most of these companies had grown to a point where the finances were becoming quite complex and the owner was spending too much time away from the rest of the business. A full-time finance director would be too much - and too expensive - but they recognise the need for expert support to improve their financials.As well as being a qualified accountant I have also co-founded and sold two businesses so I understand first-hand the challenges of building a successful company.
